Yes, all new recurring service plans begin with a deep cleaning to ensure we start with a fresh baseline and deliver high-quality results every time.
How do I request a quote?
You can request a quote directly through our “Get a Quote” page or by calling/texting us at 786-537-2398. We’ll get back to you with pricing and availability within 24 hours.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you don’t need to be home — as long as we have a way to access the property. Many of our clients provide door codes, hide keys, or have a front desk we can check in with.
What should I do to prepare before the cleaners arrive?
Please tidy up any personal items and ensure pets are secure. That allows our team to focus entirely on cleaning your space efficiently and thoroughly.
Are your cleaners background checked and insured?
Yes, every member of our team undergoes background checks and is fully insured for your peace of mind.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Absolutely. We bring all the necessary cleaning products and equipment, unless you have specific supplies you’d like us to use.
How far in advance should I book a cleaning?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially for deep cleans or weekend appointments.
Can I set up recurring cleaning services?
Yes, we offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning packages. Clients who book recurring services also receive discounted rates.
Do you clean Airbnb or short-term rental properties?
Yes, we specialize in Airbnb turnover cleanings and can also provide laundry, staging, and restocking services if needed.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my cleaning?
We understand life happens. Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Can I request the same cleaner each time?
Yes, we do our best to assign the same cleaner for recurring appointments, depending on their schedule and availability.
What happens if something is damaged during cleaning?
If an accident happens, we’ll notify you immediately and work with you to resolve the issue. We are fully insured for such situations.
Do you offer eco-friendly or green cleaning options?
